Recently got back into ETS2 and I've been playing it with my Quest 2 via Virtual Desktop. Usually on Discord with friends and they always ask me to stream but no matter what I try it does not stream. Go to Discord through your headset and make sure your Input/Mic is set to Virtual Desktop Audio! I can't really say anything about VD as I just can't afford PCVR. But I assume that this would only work if you play the game itself through VD.

There is another way and that is to download the Discord app and use SideQuest. Plug in your headphones and click on the folder icon with a down arrow at the top right of the SideQuest screen.
